I'm having a Chinese takeaway tonight but want to keep it as healthy as possible. Any recommendations?
 


Are you a competitive athlete, or have serious goals that you want to reach, or just to be healthy? If the latter, just enjoy yourself and have the occassional takeaway.
 
Chicken with something not too fatty, white boiled rice?

I tend to have beef + black bean sauce and just see it as a chance to digest some protein and I ignore the fatty part!
 
I hope he pigged reet out!

Chicken and Sweetcorn chinese soup is my takeaway choice like, would get it if I was being healthy or not.
