Said last week players not as good as him playing first class cricket

Great to see ECC going well

He is as good as Karl mate

Sure he is, you know I was just being daft.

Where is Karl playing these days? He a class act as well mind but wouldn't swap him for Kyle. His innings last week as good as you'll ever see in local cricket. Durham could do a helluva lot worse.

Guisborough.

I'm sure Davis is good like. His stats suggest so anyway, not had the privilege of seeing it myself. Can only hope that people inside DCCC do look at local results - if he's as good as people are suggesting.

On current form Durham need all the batting help they can get!

Always thought he was unlucky not get more opportunities with the county at academy level. Some good batsmen in the same age but he always looked good.

He's very very good. I captained him two seasons ago then had couple year out to injury and back this season and as good as he was then he's on a different planet now. Played in games this season against fringe Durham players and he's as good, if not better than what I've seen from them. A gun fielder as well.

Think Durham seem to be looking for three dimensional cricketers all the time rather than just accepting a lad can bat, be good in field but if can't contribute with ball they take a dim view. Think he's been very unlucky.

Whitburn v Chester was a fantastic game today.

After our game was off i arrived when Chester were 120-2 and then lost 5 or 6 wickets quickly.

In the chase Whitburn started well then had a wobble, tough few overs but then made it home.

Fantastic club, Great lads and a cracking ground.

Is this joe d?

CLS CC off the top of the table? Not so very long ago they looked like a shoe in for the title. What happened?

South North are the form team and it's starting to get tight at the bottom again. Will be a few nervous teams fearing a relegation battle

Eppleton are the form team in NEPL1 and will be hard to catch. It doesn't look good for South Hetton but you never know what can happen

Sunderland 149/8
Burnmoor 150/5

Reduced game as well, 35/30.

Do you know how quickly Bournmoor knocked off those runs?

Saw the end of the Sunderland innings and start of Burnmoor's, looked like they were going to knock them off in 20 overs.

Had about 3 overs to spare I think. They got off to a flier but lost 5 wickets in a short spell, to the point that they were about 90/5.
