Anyone prefer one brand over others for their stuff?

always thought kookaburra stuff was excellent tho not a fan of their bats.

Know a few lads in love with gray nicholls

@SAFC2403 havent GN re-released all the old bats from the 90s? Dynadrive, the one athers used to use with the Blue spot on the back, the scoop, and there was another one similar to the Dynadrive that only had the ridges on the bottom 1/3 of the back?

But aye, traigically I remember all the old classics from the early 90s

Bourne Sports
Newburry
Millichamp & Hall (bought out by Puma iirc)
Centurion
Open Championship
Hunts County

I bought the dynadrive when it was re released.
I also have a 1984 vintage original power spot in the garage. It was me da's when he played and he scored about 10 hundreds with it and I scored my first 50 with it.

So yeah definite GN fanboy here. Would love to go to the factory and see the bats being made. Quite fancy a go at making one anarl

:oops::cool:

You can see that by going to a test match at Lords as they have a tent with a bat maker

You seen this, yeah?

My lad uses something called a "Bradbury"?

Don't remember them from my youth, tbh.

Posho bat that . Just like Newbury is.

Add me to the GN fan club - bats are smart as fuck. Pads and gloves too. Although as far as footwear goes theirs isn't great.

Used Newbury bats back in the day, but Slazenger these days. Also have a Sunridges railway sleeper.

Still use an old Hunts County lid.
