Thinking of joining these, what's the opening times? Or is it 24/7?
 
Can you use all the clubs or just the one you choose?
As working up East kilbride soon and would like to use that gym too

I've seen a few in the ring doing that, I'm usually in there on the rowing machine and cross trainer and waiting for everyone to leave so I can pretend to be a UFC fighter in the ring.

Ended up signing up to pure gym in the end.
They have one in East kilbride so win win really :)

I think its topper tbh. I don't talk to anyone or owt but have no problem getting on machines, there's plenty options so just change my route depending on availability. Free weight area is a decent size n'arl. Quite enjoying it atm like.

It's great except for sweating my tits on from the heat...and that's just from walking through the turnstile in the reception!

We're they just put in yesterday as I was in Wed and the place was like a sauna. A few week back I had to open the window near the treadmill to let some air in, the following day they put up signs to keep them closed...unbelievable considering the situation.

That is because it will be warmer outside than inside, therefore you aren't doing much good regarding temperature by opening a window.
