I'd like to see John O'Shea retire and go in to management. Preferably in a call center

fuck off

Sorry, did I hurt your feelings John?

No, just obviously haven't watched any of our games this season, and have shown yourself up to be an idiot

When he couldn't handle the Bradford attack I feared the worst, and he got worse!

I hope you are joking, the defence is literally the only reason we stayed up

Burnley are the only team to score less than us

We really do have an idiot element to our support like, thankfully don't get many at the games, like this joker.

He was good in half a dozen, average in half a dozen and below average to shite in the rest, I can't remember any game when he was the best player in our team let alone on the pitch and for the last half dozen games he was outshone by someone labeled a joke for the vast majority of the season, one of our best players my arse.

:lol: Man of the match 2 games ago, keep these beauties coming marra

He shouldn't have been mind, Pants, Seb and Coates were all better that game.

Pants, Coates and Seb were well ahead of him v Arsenal, and though he did have a good game when it is a total rear guard action with everyone packed around him that is when he looks good (like a lot of games under Poyet) but as soon as the onus is on us to attack and actually try to win games that's when he looks dodgy and all his frailties come to the fore, amazed that people who actually go to the games, like me, can't or won't see it, if you could stand to waste money on our end of season DVD see how many goals he's responsible for and then come back to me. Also less of the 'idiot' please, I've got an opinion just like you and despite our odd run in ( usually over JOS) I don't recall stooping to the name calling stage which you seem to get to very quickly, grow up and accept people might have a different opinion to you.

Admittedly he had a couple of disaster games but over the course of the whole season he has been one of our better players.
His disasters games have highlighted his importance to our side as much as anything. All players have bad games, this season when O'Shea has been poor the whole team has fallen apart around him. Over the course of the season though out defence has been quite solid, largely thanks to O'Shea.

Passing, running and jumping are all prerequisites in the modern centre back, organisation and clinging on to your opponent at every corner just isn't enough anymore.
He can pass run and jump, as he's proved in a lot games, hes had bad games but so has every player.

We'll agree to disagree on him marra, what I will say is I can see why he's been picked more often than not, we've had nowt better unfortunately, doesn't mean I think he's much cop or that we that we don't need better, we do.
