Pants, Coates and Seb were well ahead of him v Arsenal, and though he did have a good game when it is a total rear guard action with everyone packed around him that is when he looks good (like a lot of games under Poyet) but as soon as the onus is on us to attack and actually try to win games that's when he looks dodgy and all his frailties come to the fore, amazed that people who actually go to the games, like me, can't or won't see it, if you could stand to waste money on our end of season DVD see how many goals he's responsible for and then come back to me. His disasters games have highlighted his importance to our side as much as anything. All players have bad games, this season when O'Shea has been poor the whole team has fallen apart around him. Over the course of the season though out defence has been quite solid, largely thanks to O'Shea.
