Do the quest where you help the witch one of the first quests you do, it's canny hard so you might want to level up a bit and get some really good gear

I was inconsolable. I had a little meditate next to the corpse and even took a screenshot. All because of a stupid f***ing conversation choice. Stupid Geralt and his quick temper.
