Indeed :)

Yorkshire to draw please or get beat
You did say that the game was perfect for Mulchall to come on and score the winning runs .... and he did ....... What we need is to beat Yorkshire, but to be honest a draw looks like the only possible result at Taunton .... Yorks lead by 197 runs with four wickets remaining on the final day of play. Outside chance if Somerset can get those wickets and then go for it big time in the remaining two sessions .......

Table is a bit weird this year as you would normally expect to be well clear after winning 4 of your first 6, but we aren't as both Yorkshire and Middlesex have also started well. Great pity we didn't put up more of a show at Lords as we would be romping it.

Funnily enough it goes down to Sussex and Warwickshire, as if they win their game in hand they'll be in the mix as well ........ going to go down to the wire this year. Have to admire Yorkshire though with so many more of their squad involved with England and still they're up there. In fact, even if they get a draw today they'll get 16 points having got maximum batting and bowling points, where as we only managed 19 points winning!!! that means they'll only be one point behind us .....

Don't get 8 points for a draw mate. Only 5.

Thanks Brandon, I got confused ....... eight points for a 'tie' not a draw! Doh!! So they'll get 13 points as I can't see them bowling out Somerset in one session ....... still, they're right on our tails ...... eeek!

Absolutely fantastic win that, it really is.

Our best batting performances have all come in the fourth innings.

Really wish we would drop Mcleod but thats for another day I guess, Colly at 4 the right move.

Full of character this team, but we knew that already

"Muchall Cameo puts Durham Top".

As far as Colly playing on next year I wonder how his body is standing up, I noticed that when he did his end of day interviews yesterday he had a ice pack on his knee and on his elbow.

I wonder if he'll give the T20 game on Friday a miss.
Hope not. He's literally one of the best T20 players in the country imo.

More so for his bowling, batsmen just couldn't get him away at times last season.

But if he does have an injury and aggravates going for a sharp run or throwing himself around trying to stop runs in the field then how would that help? Of course, if he doesn't have a injury to aggravate then fair do's.

shame how many batting points we've missed out on by being so poor first time out.

The batting has been abysmal and can only get better. Barely seen our best player in Stokes and were still top. Games in hand mean nothing it's points on the board that matters

Yet we're still top and the team to beat this year.
