I should point that's not all I eat, just the average protein intake.
I'm never quite sure about my calorie intake. I'm 5'11'', 11stone9 and late twenties. I generally run 10-15k a couple of times a week and football at least once a week. Other days I train in the gym for an hour, with probably one rest day on average per week. I eat five small meals but I'm classing two ryvitas with peanut butter, a bowl of muesli, two eggs on two slices of wholemeal bread, and a ham salad as four of those meals.
You reckon I'm not eating enough?
