He recently went over a diet he used at one point at Westside. It was just mental. Several all you can eat buffets per day, a pizza with extra olive oil and anything he could get on there plus loads of other shit including a Hershey's bar once per hour for every hour he was awake
Yea I remember he did a great series on this on T-Nation a while back - on the other hand, the articles when he did his 'cut' a few years ago were really good too. Always get a lot of reading/seeing his stuff. Tonnes of value.

What was his physique like?

Fuxking massive. Google him mate, he's been through everything from ripped freak to powerfully fat and everywhere in between.

Watch his seminars on you tube mate. The man is a GOD.

AJ Robers another one who just ate out 4-5 times per day anarl. Fuck that

If I had the money I would. Not necessarily fast food all the time. A mobile baked potato outlet would be ideal for me. Following me round with an ever changing selection of fillings. My new favourite food.

Don't they say that you should consume a gram of protein per pound weighed each day for it to have an effect?

This seems almost impossible, and I don't know who 'they' are.

2 nice big chicken fillets and 2 protein shakes is about 1000 cals and 160grams of protein. Don't need much more protein for the average size bloke to hit 1g per lb and you will still have well over 1000 cals to play with. Easy if you like chicken, egg white, tuna fish/mackerel mind.

You don't need that for it to 'have an effect'. There's a lot of debate as the literature is still unclear, but people just tend to sway towards the higher end because it can't hurt.

Plus, it's also dependent on factors such as leanness, dietary status (losing weight or not), training style etc

i'm currently having around 360grams of protein a day, which works out at 1.5grams/lb of bw.
I'll up that a little bit when i start to take my 'supplements' soon

They must be some big chicken fillets  I was thinking that would be about 100g of protein in total.

That's pretty much my weight btw, give or take a few pounds.

Holy shitballs!

I don't really know how much I have. My average daily protein intake consists of two eggs (25g), one protein shake (25g), couple of ham slices (10g), peanut butter on two Ryvita's (15g?), two medium sized chicken breasts (25g?) and the odd portion of nuts (10g?).

They're estimates, but they work out at just over 100g, which is more than I expected actually.

I'm on 250g a day, and do that easy.
Think my breakfast is usually 120g but that's the biggest meal of my day

250g chicken breast (raw) comes in at about 300 cals and 60g protein. You really need to watch out buying chicken fillets though, can be almost half that protein wise if it's the shitty pumped up ones. If they shrink a lot when cooking, pay a bit more and try your local butchers.

All of that combined doesn't even constitute a f***ing meal man! It's barely a post gym snack that!

I should point that's not all I eat, just the average protein intake.

I'm never quite sure about my calorie intake. I'm 5'11'', 11stone9 and late twenties. I generally run 10-15k a couple of times a week and football at least once a week. Other days I train in the gym for an hour, with probably one rest day on average per week. I eat five small meals but I'm classing two ryvitas with peanut butter, a bowl of muesli, two eggs on two slices of wholemeal bread, and a ham salad as four of those meals.

You reckon I'm not eating enough?
