Start Weight,current weight, goal weight

Started off at 12 stone 1 myself 168 lbs

Currently
13.4 186 lbs

Aiming for 14.5 201lbs

Just checking yo see what others are if its gaining or losing weight and how your all

Nee idea what weight I want to be but looking at add muscle and lose fat.

Started 5x5 this week and I'm loving it, legs are sore as fuck of squatting twice this week already though
 
Started at 12 stone nearly 2 years ago. Got to about 13st 8lbs and then stopped lifting and eating right for 4 months and dropped to 13st.

Been back at it about 8 months, about 14st 11lbs currently. Don't have a weight goal in mind tbh, just constantly looking to get stronger.
 
9 years ago started off at 17.5 stone, got to 10.0 stone in 7 months. Went up to 10.5 stone . Mainly hang around 10.3 to 10.5
 
Started at 16.6 stone (Jan) after shooting up from 14 when I gave up the tabs. I have a target weight of around 14-14.5 stone without the fat and the muffin top...
Now at 15.5 stone after 3 months (which I think isnt bad considering its not just the weight in fat that Ive lost, Ive probably gained muscle too)
Its a struggle
 
I've jumped off the bandwagon. Seen myself last Sunday in the mirror when I was out for a meal and I look f***ing anorexic. Still hitting the gym but knocked the diet and jogging on the head. People for a few weeks have been asking if I'm "ok" :confused:

A mate of mine is going the same way. He's 6'3 and has dropped down to about 10 and a half stone. He looks awful. Keep offering to buy pies for him and stuff but he's having none of it :lol:

He went to visit his parents who hadn't seen him for six months and apparently they were very concerned.

I think it's more so of the speed I lost all the weight. From leaving school I always had a bit extra timber and with the running, gym and 1500 calories a day I think I've shed it's at an alarming rate since feb/march. I've knocked the jogging on the head and upped my intake to 2500. Also having a night out once a week as well should see me bulk up in a good way.

Apparently it's best to lose the fat first then build muscle, so hopefully that's true.

Did the same several years ago. Dropped from 13.5 stone to 8.5 all told. I'm 5'11'' and reasonably broad shoulders, not the naturally skinny type.

Last few years I've been steady around 11.5 stone. Just looking to maintain that really whilst increasing both fitness and strength.
 
100 days till Coast 2 Coast Ultra marathon.....Currently at my "off season" weight of 13st, gonna try and hit the race as close to 11 stone as possible. Game on :cool:
