the various forms of creatine

Creapure everytime , I've tried loading phase, and I've tried just 5g a day and both similar results. Really good stuff. Essential.

used Creatine Monohydrate for years on and off over the years and used to swear by it. Don't bother now but in the time I did I got some cracking gains in size and strength . Always used the CNP creatine, load up for a week then 5g per day after that.

what if any do you take, how and why do you do it.

do you think there's any need to take creapure over standard stuff?
Took the tablets for about a week and was having heart palpitations, needless to say I stopped taking them

Have only started using Creapure in the last week - obviously size increase is minimal but it 100% is giving me extra energy in my training (beyond what a plateau could be).

I've just bought some myomuscle creatine, it's not creapure but is hplc tested and the best thing of all is the wife won't see it on my statement  cause I paid cash

So it doesn't have lasting effects?

In the sense that it gives you the capacity to do more work, it can have lasting effects because you've been able to lift more weight so should have stimulated more muscle growth (assuming diet is good).

However it relies on being present in your muscle tissue at high concentrations. If you stop taking it as a supplement then levels will return to natural levels (remember, creatine occurs naturally in all vertebrates).
