March "Shapes" - Your photos

As in January - a thread for any Shapes Photos you may have taken.

This month's competition theme is Shapes, see Monthly Competition section of the board for entry details.
As mentioned by @2310 Return (and for ref to @oROSSo ) there is a lack of photos on the photography section of the board so I thought perhaps this thread could be just for shapes photos generally, competition entry or not, you can ask for critique if you want or say that you don't want critique. The thread is just for fun and to add to photos for us all to look at on the photography board .

Good idea!

Any idea how on earth I link a flickr pic into the thread? I'm sure it used to be a lot easier...
 
oROSSo asked for the competition entries to be emailed to him, but there shouldn't be any reason why flickr photos can't be posted here - just go to flickr, click on the "more ways to share" thing and paste the code in the message

New gallery software itself works okay, but I am having some issues importing the photos from the old one as they all appear to be downsized and not the full size original which they should be. Hopefully I will get a chance to sort this in tne next few days!

Unless I'm missing something, we are unable to upload our own photos to our online folders (gallery). I am aware that there is a message that says gallery pages are unavailable currently as being upgraded. But this information doesn't tally with what you said ^ ^ ^. Do we have to wait a few more days to upload our photos to galleries to be able to post them on this thread. Or should we go back to the old way and use photobucket or similar to post our own photos on the thread?
 
It does work ok for adding new stuff - its just that you don't have access to it!

If I give people access to it then have to reload everything from the 'old' gallery, all the recently added stuff would be lost, so it is staying closed until I fix the problem with the import of the photos from the old software.

The instructions for the competition were to enter via email. For any other photos you post, such as on this thread you can post them from anywhere you want (except of course the gallery at the moment!) same as always.
