ECB plans for cricket re-growth.

Anyone care to summarise? Can't be arsed reading it all.
  • Increased player retention (all ages)
  • Structure fit for purpose
  • More grounds (particularly in cities)
  • More shorter forms available
  • More integration for women, disabled and Asians
  • Cage cricket
  • Better artificial wickets

That's all fine and dandy but it means nothing until they address the how.

No. 4 for instance, basically they're attempting to make up for something Council's and Schools haven't done for the lack on cash and other priorities, so are ECB going to come up with dosh to buy the grounds and build the clubhouses?
