Sweet! At what body weight? And how long have you been training?

That squat is especially impressive to me since I struggle so much with it relative to deadlift!

106kg just under 17 stone. I've been taking it seriously again for about 4 months now, but a couple of years before that I was on and off all the time. I'm aiming for an 800kg total by the end of March.

Sounds like you've got some motivation to stick at it now though!

Are you talking about a meet total or in the gym? Just there's a meet at the end of March
 
Gave a presentation on the Westside system yesterday. Well, covered it the best I could given the time restrictions on what is a huge clusterfuck of ideas mashed together
 
Went 200, 205, 210 as my jokers last night and this is the 5s week of 5/3/1. In the cold room of my gym, with a cold myself. Happy with that. Will definitely be having a pop at 500lbs in 2 weeks time. Which would be getting on for 2.5x body weight.

The 210 wouldn't have passed in a meet. I didn't drop the bar after, I threw it to the ground :lol:

I think it best to assume steroid abuse and move on.

Probably got really good genetics as well.
