Good energy drink


You tried it mate?

Yeah, I just use this for pre-gym.

I use a heaped teaspoon with a couple of those zero-cal sweetener tabs, drop of hot water to dissolve it all, then top up with cold milk for an iced-coffee, use it to down my daily multi-vitamins/glucose sulphamine pills.

It tastes better in the summer, although there is no reason why you couldn't make it a hot beverage, I'm just not really a coffee fan (I drink tea) I had one about 4pm before a run one day as I was feeling tired and sluggish, think it was about 3am before I got to sleep, never again :lol:
 


I don't lift weights or out but for running and swimming and cycling I have a banana blended with asda high bran cereal, milk and ice cubes. Normally 1 hour before hand. Also a packet of haribo 15 minutes before exercising. Just the little multi packs. About 10 for a quid!

So coffee is a good thing to have before going to the gym? I'm finding myself running on empty there recently.
 
Maybe you should stop taking them. Can't be good for you?
Not good for me but without caffeine or somekind of energy boost I wont go to gym which is even worse for me.
 
I usually train fasted when cutting which tbh I've just started taking seriously, and it's much harder with less carbs like, I'll increase them next week I think.
