cant have 20 overs between root bopara and ali surely not to get started on my opinion of woakes
 


i will change my squad now, with the cook news

modern, hales, root, taylor, morgan, bopara, buttler, woakes, tredwell, broad, anderson

squad members ballance, woakes, jordan, finn or stokes. a total wild card could be kp with morgan without a doubt would want in his team.

Think I'd have Tredwell over Jordan, I don't know why so many people seem desperate to drop him. Rarely let England down.

Because you don't need 2 spinners in Australia? That's the reason people are dropping tredwell. Especially against the association nations modern and root will give enough spin option.

Not convinced Ali and Root are good enough on bouncy, quick wickets personally. And the quicks have been crap so why not play more spinners? :lol:

Anderson and Broad? They hav en't played at all and true the rest haven't excelled but then it was SL wickets they were playing on.

I'm not against Tredwell btw, I think he'll get his chance.

Ali bowls as quick as tredwell like. Anyway just saying why people have dropped tredwell I have no idea how England plan on lining up
 
Like people have said two spinners aren't necessary and he's not that great either never taken a wicket in Australia before either, Ali and Root will do the job just as well. We need to bat deep too all the best ODI sides bat right down, Woakes and Jordan will do a decent job at 8 and 9 with broad a decent enough 10.
