Not a company like but still an absolutely hilarious reply to the thread imo.
 


I would add Currys to the list due to the quality of their instore staff.
I will then contradict myself immediately and say I've ordered a cooker online and the service was excellent. Paid slightly over the odds for installation but it was hassle free and the two, admittedly subcontracted, lads were spot on.
Disconnected the old one and took it away and installed the new one and took the packaging away. On a Sunday as well so very convenient.
 
Royal Mail , had some shit experiences with them recently including one thieving **** who'll be walking round in a pair of size 12 Grenson brogues .

With an iPhone 5 I sent off to mazuma the other day , both gone missing after being posted at the same PO , mmm....

They manage to have significant signal holes, even in areas they claim to have perfect coverage in on their website and instore. Even some areas of central London you struggle with their shite
 
Car hire - Enterprise

I learned the hard way that you should pay the extra £30 to reduce the damage excess to £250. I clipped the van I hired on the gates in their yard, put a tiny scratch in it and pulled the plastic trim off. They misled me on timescales for getting my remaining excess back after I refused to pay up front, totally fleeced me price wise, the aftercare team I dealt with were worse than shite, and the "independent" engineer they got to look at photos of the damage etc. may as well have called me a stupid customer his report was so condescending! I'm going to complain to the BVRLA when I'm off over Christmas.
