Anyone got one? Are they good?

I just bought a second hand nex5n in mint condition for £183.00 cant wait to get started when it gets here tomorrow

An old model I know but seems packed with features compared to what I could get new at that money.

edit - please move this out of pure football

I've got the nex 5n and if you can get used to the focus its an excellent low light gig camera (iso 3200 & 6400 are perfectly acceptable) - as long as you're happy to work with the Raw files on the computer afterwards, jpegs leave a lot to be desired.

whats complicated about the focus?

Ive just bought a Sony Nex5 from my brother. He bought it when they first came out in summer 2010 he reckons. Ive nivver had owt but a point n shoot jobby since digicams came around. Im gonna try to "get into" photography in an attempt to keep off both the smb and the drink. Just read Tigers marras "intro to digi photography" thread and its bloody complicated isnt it?

Ill attempt a few shots for this months portrait competition. Probably of our cat on the window sill taken from the sofa.
