Hope we dont play Middlesex away when the schools are back. Missed not going down with the bairn this year for the CC game.

I think youre probably right. I used to spend most of the school holidays down at the ground with the bairn but the last 2 or so years have been a washout as far as that is concerned. I think last year and the year before there was only 1 CC game at home during the school holidays. Cricket is missing a trick here.

Middlesex away last season was the week the bairns went back to school. :rolleyes:
 
T20 all the counties are bothered about. They are happy to play 6 or 7 championship matches by the end of May which means in high summer they are sometimes only playing two days of cricket a week.
 
Middlesex @ Lords Sat 2/5 to Tuesday 5/5 - gerrin. Saturday and Sunday with the bairn in London!
