Could dat guy welbz be England's number one striker long term?

No, because he isn't as good as Sturridge. However as a front pairing I'm relatively confident in them. Particularly if we play a system of Stirling, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Henderson and Barkley behind them.

Intelligent player with a great attitude, skilful and quick, and scores goals - an asset to any England team.

I reckon we should play our best player to be honest like.

Maybe not that good but he's certainly underrated, he was thought of a bit of a joke (probably still is to some numpties) not long ago.

Good player. Course he could. Wasn't obvious when he first came to us mind.
Let's be honest, he was shit when he came, had a run of about 7-10 games where he hit a run of good form, got injured & never got that form back before getting injured again.

Certainly potential there, but think a lot remember his time here better than it was.
