Who else like?

Would love to meet Conrad Smith. Used to watch him intently and try to emulate his running lines from Outside Centre. He's a master of off the ball movement.

Got a picture with Richie Mccaw who was sound but was busy signing loads of stuff for people. Spoke to Ben smith the winger/fullback in the lift who was a proper nice bloke aswell.

We got bumped up to business class rooms here for some reason so we are surrounded by the all blacks on both sides

Where did you play your rugby at mate?

What sort of weights were you lads hitting when you we're dabbling in 5x5's , just curious as I'm about to start failing reps, currently at 150 deadlift, 135 squat, bench 85, bor 70 oh press 60
That sounds about right but keep with it by resets and up your food and after resetting a fair few times then it's time for something new, the squat in particular should progress well while oh and bench will slow and need resets the most often

Just got back from helping set up the comp tomorrow. I think it's a pretty big competition; it's a qualifier for Giants Live anyway.

Richie is my idol. Read his book, it's incredible.

Got his book on my ever growing 'to read' pile. He's the greatest 7 ever in my opinion and I was so chuffed to meet him as he's one of my rugby heroes.

He comes a close second to Jason Leonard whom I met A few years ago and I just ended up hugging him as I was left speechless...I looked like a 13 year old at a one direction concert

About 3 years ago when Pocock was making a name as Australias 7 the Bledisloes were amazing viewing as they had Quade, Beale and O Connor coming through too but then injuries andother stuff ruined it. Strange for an Australian team to self implode the way they have!

I met Jonny Wilkinson when I was 16 and I became a wreck. Mouth went dry and I literally couldn't speak.

He seems a tiny bloke like. Even then.

Implemented the Rippetoe queues for deads yesterday. Can defo feel a difference, must have been rounding my back half way using my old form.

On the down side now, my shins were f***ing knacking!
