I'm selling a manfroto head and levelling base. But it's worth over £500 so was wanting £350 for it.

@Roger is clued up on 360's

I've no knowledge of such overpriced bits of metal, soz

If I wanted one I'd be finding the nearest man in shed with a lathe and metalwork gear. There was a suburb one in market weighton when I lived there. Not that that helps

Cheers, thought that would be the sort of price would have to pay.

Ah thought you used them as well. Good idea but bit short notice as need it pretty soon

I have used a Nodal Ninja 3 for a lot of years now. It makes life easy with all of the various interchangeable stops and you can use it with a small SLR (550D is my workhorse)

Overpriced (isn't everything photographic) but it is good quality kit and does just fall inside his budget.

You don't need any of the levellers or nadir adpaters providing you can level a tripod and move it!

Cheere Roger, will pass the info on

I just had a nodal point bracket made for the horseman and 55mm for £15

Blacksmith in ripon

It would be pretty easy to make an adjustable one. You need a decent tripod where the column rotates 360 mind

I assume the bracket only works for one axis?

How did you determine the nodal point and size of the bracket in the 1st place?

Yes, of course it's not a fancy nadir zenith wankcrank, don't worry

For the nodal point I worked out where the lens and sensor are ;)
