Based on BMI, though.
BMI measurements are great for the average folk who don't have significant muscle mass because it gives a fairly accurate and quick indicator of what is a healthy bodyweight for you.
My BMI is about 24, which is within the 'healthy' range for my height but in reality, I could actually do with losing a few pounds.
You'll get rugby players my height who weigh a canny few stone more than me who will have 'overweight' or potentially 'obese' BMIs but will be in very good physical condition. That's why for jobs that require a specific BMI as part of a medical, there is usually an exception if your body fat is below a certain percentage, because that then indicates your BMI is artificially inflated by the muscle weight.
Campbell might be fat fuck, or he might just have a canny bit more muscle than a typical person his height.
Campbell weighs more than I do and he's about three inches shorter, thats why his BMI is fucked
Most of them have to run around in the shower to get wetIt is a daft way to measure footballers like, most of them have more muscle than the average bloke on the street.

Why not ?BMI measuring gets on my nerves. The last two times I've had mine measured at the hospital, it was done by nurses the size of a small bungalow. You can't really take healthy weight advice from someone who obviously doesn't practice what they preach.
Because they were to busy eating cakeWhy not ?
Why not ?
It's so unfair being told offIt's not right being told off for being overweight by someone who is a lot larger than you, and laughs when you say you can run six miles and she claims she can't run to the end of the street because of her size
I've lost three stone and I'm now a size 10/12, but my BMI was 25.4 at my last hospital appointment so I still got told off for being overweight
I know someone who Is health and welfare officer for a local council, giving out advice to council employees about their health and fitness for their jobs. this person is huge, and completely unfit, smokes and drinks regularly, and practices none of the tips they give to others. Complete jokebecs said:It's not right being told off for being overweight by someone who is a lot larger than you, and laughs when youis say you can run six miles and she claims she can't run to the end of the street because of her size
