To put it simply, "Give with one hand and take with another!"

No doubt they will fuck us up another way to make up for the lost taxes but I very much doubt they'll be promoting that in the same way! ;)

Clearly just looking after their rich mates.....oh hang on higher earners lose their tax free allowance.
I've got labour on my twitter feed and they keep banging on about hedge fund tax relaxation and millionaires making out with all the money. I've asked repetitively who ed ball's brother works for and how many front benchers are millionaires. no response obviously,.

Labour ,the party of hypocrisy. I believe Cameron had something to say about this in his speech

Very good speech in my opinion.

He will be getting my vote but unfortunately I may as well wipe my arse with the voting slip whilst I live in Sunderland.

Depends, Sunderland Central has quite a high %age of non-Labour voters.

Elections in the 2010s[edit]

£80 a year over the next five years? It's nowt really. What's it gone up on average over the years? Not a dig but it's dressing summat up that we'd have been near enough getting anyway (from either/or). Cannit see what all the excitement is about.

Decent proposal. I await the details but my initial thoughts are something has to be cut to pay for it

As a teacher though the conservatives have blown any support from me. They let that lunatic Gove loose to do what he wanted on top of continually perpetuating the myth about failing schools
