The guy who trains to close to you

I equate that with putting plates on the outside of the squat rack when you're mid set. Just fuck off!

Not exactly related to training too close, more a case of just being an idiot, but some guy flipped the monolift last week and it fell on to a bench. If somebody was mid set, they could have been badly hurt or killed. I'll try and get the video from the CCTV. Guy failed 210 then went to 240... Logic

Aye. 30kg isn't a great deal of weight to be adding at all. No siree.

I was browsing through some of the vids and actually lol'd at this one.

"clips on the smiths machine"

The 'how well you can re-rack a weight' thing always tickles me in that. There's a lad I see in my gym a lot, very much a 'bro', who will come in, belt up and scream a lot only to squat two plates nowhere near to parallel. He'll then lecture his girlfriend who he trains with, on hitting depth.

Not sure if I should point it out to him or not.

Maybe he's not talking about the gym

I LOL'd because it's true

I was absolutely howling at that.

De-frosting chicken is the most annoying thing ever if you forget to stick it in a bowl of warm water before you go to work

And I'm going to be picking at the re-heated carcass scrapings from yesterday's roast chicken as a snack today. So dry.

I've pulled it apart to weaken its primary weapon, the length of time it stays in my mouth

Fresh chicken is lovely but the next day it needs to be fried or buttered in bread.

Better off just roasting whole or half fresh chicken and eating the skin and everything, lusherooney with a dry spice rub, I put so much on its like a spicy crispy skin.
