Yes but that word tradition is all we have left. They have a different mindset, different board, owner(s), management style.....they may go bankrupt because of it.

Now get booked up for Palace and Southampton and get behind our paper thin squad:lol:

(nee white text)

Still think like us any players that are half decent will be angling for a move sooner than later, Swans got lucky that Sigurdsson is a bright fella who realises it's not all about big money and the bright lights, out of all the players both of those teams have he'd be top of my 'wants' list, and Bony anarl but his attitude is yet to be determined, think he might have a lip on that he's still there...

Swansea have bought well since coming up,think they have a good scouting set up.
Hull and Bruce have spent alot, thought there defence was dodgy..but Dawson is a decent buy.
Sez les;)

(all you young'uns ask ya granda).

Too much focus on Borini.

Why did Soton let him go? He did well for them IIRC.
Borini never played for Soton

Sorry, had to be done:p

Hull fans seem delighted with their loan deal for Ben Arfa. Are we the only fans who throw our toys out the pram because we have to loan players?

We've been restricted since the Peter Reid relegation fighting against the clubs debt levels which at the last count were higher than 10 years ago.....even after Shorts decent contribution.
The likes of Swansea and Hull have kept their books in better order so they can afford to go into debt now and again....also Swanseas wage bill was over £10m less than ours....we've been poor with money for years..
Looks like its stopped now with the last window.

Fair play to certain other clubs for their transfer windows. We are only jealous! What I do worry about, is despite the fact that we may well stay up, is the brand of football that we are offering the fans. Where are the flair players, where is the excitement going to come from, and where are the goals? We seem like we are going to rely on being compact, solid, and in all honesty a dull side to watch. As soon as attendance start dipping that could be the beginning of the end in terms of us having any sort of backer willing to put their hands in their pockets.

I can't believe the people are going on about f***ing Hull. This is a team where players like Alex Bruce, James Chester and the one and only Paul McShane play regularly for them.
