Got some kinetica bars from @Titus a while back, I had to stop myself from going through the 12pk in one day.
Tesco also have a wide selection of bars in the supermarket next to Pure gym.

I'm not I said I like flapjacks.

Has anyone tried Pea Protein?

I'm dairy intolerant (aggravates my Crohns Disease) and so use pea protein in my home-made recovery drinks and (occasionally) on my morning porridge. As long as it's taken with things with a strong flavour, it's fine.

Re the original question, Builders Bars (from the makers of Clif Bars) are good, protein rich recovery bars. The mint chocolate chip are lush (and dairy free).

Only ones I can find is Sci MX flapjacks. Eat maybe 2-3 a day and I get farty as fuck with the shakes.
Im don't like any of the flapjack ones personally.
I like the weider chocolate ice cream flavour and maximuscle orange from sainsburys and the lonsdale mint from sportsdirect. They're seem to be the only ones I actually enjoy eating. Im sure they're all just a glorified mars bar anyway

I'm shite with dairy so I'd prefer flapjacks.

Cheers mate, useful.

Got a load of them in the £1 isles in tesco. Own brand and taste nice. 20g per bar.

Cliff bars have 10g of protein in and are lush, could easily eat a few in a day like.

Some have high label content of protein but shite ingredient profile. So it could be 30g of shite quality v 20g of high quality

Speaking of protein foods, got a few of the ready meals from musclefoods.com delivered along with the usual chicken breast this week. Will be having one today so I'll see how that goes.

Wondered what they were like. Might be canny for work.

They look shite like but I wouldn't mind trying them

Will update.

I've got the Indian beef ones this week. Should have thought about it and got more variety
If they're any good I'll order some for work, as I generally can't be arsed preparing meals the night before, even though I should. Also considering stock-pilling prepped meals from Ninety Nine in Newcastle for convenience.
