The likes of wood, Arshad & Harrison should be kicking themselves knowing how much cricket they would have played in this season had they not been complete crocks.
 
Mustard injured so Richardson keeps. Could be a big blow for next week. Chase makes debut, 4 right arm seamers (2 of which are novices) + Jennings/Colly. Would have played a spinner personally but heyho.
 
With Mustard injured, Poynter should be playing. He is an excellent keeper and useful batter.
When is the last time Richardson kept wicket ?
 
101-3 at lunch, with Stoneman falling to the dross of Mullaney just before the break.

We always seem to lose wickets just when you think it's going well. At 101-2 we'd have been in good nick, now there's an end opened for the middle session.
 
Im sure Notts are a bowler light too. See off the new ball from Shazad & Fletcher & they should have had nowt for us. Typical DCCC

In fairness to Richardson he has always been a keeper but his batting strong so he can get in solely on that attribute, seems to be the case at a lot of counties they have a couple of keepers in the side (IE Wessells/Read, Davies/Wilson)

No Gurney, Carter or Adams - in fairness they're in nearly as bad a state as us with missing bowlers.

110-3 with Richardson yet to score a run after Lunch.

Nowt at all mate, he's only played 2 List A games in his career and therefore has a very limited cricinfo page. He's been playing for our 2nds for a while and has taken wickets regularly but not taken bucketfuls as such. That said - all of what I know is based on those limited statistics and therefore it isn't a fair or clear picture.

All I was thinking is he must have summit about him to be given a game.

Anyone know what happened to Gavin Main?!
