Reclining your seat on a plane

I once asked the bloke in front to put his seat upright again while we had our tea/snack. He happily agreed and adjusted it. All sorted in an adult fashion.

But the BA steward got a right strop on and told the fella that he wasn't obliged to raise his seat except for the main meal and he could recline it again if he wanted to (he didn't). Weird...

I also rather unexpectedly had a 20kg(ish) cabin bag dropped on my head from the overhead lockers during meal time once. The lass who did it was frantic.*

Box-headed kernt in a three row on his own whammed back his seat-back into poor Pats mush on a JFK-MIA flt.

Waited till he went to the latrine and decanted a large can of Pabst beer onto his seat,reaching in from behind.

Best reacharound I got for some time.

Fcuker had to move,couldn't prove owt.
 
Pisses me off like. Total invasion of space.
People who demand the window seat then close the shutter piss me off too.

pisses me off when someone reclines almost straight into flight and feckin stay,s there the whole flight..

flying home tomorrow ( trans-atlantic) fecking dreading it...
 
It boils my piss everytime. Wish they would just remove the option. Flew with Kuwait Airways to New York recently and my seat didn't recline so I was stuck with the person in fronts jammed right up against me. This was from before take off to landing, the cabin crew don't give a shit. People were standing up and getting things out of overhead storage a few minutes after takeoff with nothing said and when the pilot announced cabin crew to get ready for landing still had people wandering about. Never flying with them again :lol:
