Eh Origin aint spyware, they're just no different to Facebook and Twitter.. Just love a good peek at if there's any illegal activity running on your PC. Only the extreme stuff like paedophilia and terrorist content will get flagged. Was actually on the news last week about a nonce using FB and it flagged on their system.

Coin buying on Fifa was always illegal, PC coins are insanely cheap like 250,000 for a tenner just don't be stupid and buy them in bulk and you won't get flagged.
 
Seen a video of some gameplay earlier, only a little thing but thought it was canny how the nets lift up if you blast the ball in to the net :lol:

No it really is spyware.

Origin scans your PC constantly for new programs, how you use it, what you use it for etc. They do this so they can build a better profile of info on you to sell to advertising companies and to direct more of their own adverts/spam at you tailored to your most commonly used apps and what not.

EA are just corrupt.

I remain correct. You do know you're unable to alt-tab during a match on Fifa on PC as its used an anti-cheat system? If Origin detects any web-browser or other software open during a match it'll forfeit you. You're criticising Origin when it's actually more cheat-proof than consoles! Kinda annoying if you get a Steam message popup as it detects that too but the positives heavily outweigh the negatives when it comes to Fifa.

How's that like?

I thought FIFA 14 was vastly different gameplay wise to 13. I much preferred the gameplay in 13 to be honest though and I just couldn't get away with 14 so I sold it almost immediately.

As for feeling sorry for people, that's a bit f***ing patronising like. Ooh look at me, I can afford a new console. :) Well I can too but I'm not upgrading to PS4 on the basis of one game. Mind, if they bring out a next gen Red Dead Redemption 2 then I really will have to. :mad:
 
He's right mind. Elder-Gen versions are getting zero updates this was way confirmed as far back as E3 in May, even Clubs are being removed from those older consoles it's that unfashionably out of date in EA's eyes.

PS3/Xb360 are basically getting the PC treatment have had 4 years - £40 pay for a roster update, nowt else.

Just pre-ordered this on PC from Origin Mexico as finally got a laptop capable of running it and haven't gone next gen yet. £28 for the ultimate team version.

Last year they actually had to focus on old gen consoles to make the game and just upgrade it a bit when next gen came out.
This year they've made it for next gen and just scaled it down for old gen, which basically means it won't have changed for the old gen consoles.

I'll have a look for the flags later, hadn't really paid attention to look for them but daynar about the Ha'way the lads lettering. The crowd is always full so you can't tell.

I dont think they have the lettering on the stand. Not on the pictures they released anyway.
 
Hopefully the banning of coin trading bellends means player prices will drop.

The pictures must have been a different build. I remember on the video the nets were white but then later in the same video they were the red and white ones.

Do Amazon take your money straight away or when they despatch it? And it says select first class for delivery on the release date, isn't that usually a few quid with them?
