Can you pass a UK citizenship test?

Link won't load. It's a silly test anyway because:
1) It has bugger all to do with real life in modern Britain (unless it has been updated since I last 'took' it)
2) People that take it buy a cram book, and well....cram all the answers into their heads anyway.

Ah, I see!

We applaud those who successfully cram for exams but not if they're Johnny. A. Foreigner?

Pah!

;)

They're awful man. The university has a 'maths skills centre' which I think I'll be frequenting on a regular basis.

Any developments your end?

I'm getting on a plane back to Blighty with our lass tonight for a two week holiday, and proposing to her in a matter of days.....

Apart from that there's nowt like.

Got the last question wrong about magistrates.

That and my passport says that yes, I could pass the test. Worrying that people from this country can't pass because that was very easy.

I got one wrong. The magistrate one too, even after f***ing reading this. Just can't believe they don't get paid.

God's honest truth, I am up to question number 21 and have only missed 1 so far... the April Fools question.

Holy crap! I ended up with 22/24. I missed the April Fools question and the last question about Magistrates. Some were 'educated' guesses but, still, that questionnaire was pretty easy just using the process of elimination.

How what? How did I miss the April Fools question or how did I get so many correct?

or that any fucker can be one

So , without googling it, I am trying to figure out what our equivalent is. I just figured with such a serious sounding title that they must need a legal background. You call your lawyers 'solicitors' correct?

Are magistrates like legal aid folk? People from non-profit organizations giving legal advice? Jailors? Parole officers? Ah! Maybe they are paralegals or the equivalent.
