unless you're young or visiting doctor needle it takes longer to recover between bodyparts, don't believe all the shite you read in the 'joe weider mags' they're there to get you to buy his supplements.books etc.
Best results I ever got was from 3x full body workouts a week with at least 1 day rest in between. The key is "stimulate not annihilate".
1 body part a day wouldn't be enough for me to grow personally. Everybody is different.
I'm going to play around with squatting several times per day in the next few months hopefully. Sticking with current plan up to the British though, with the addition of some speed pulls.
that's what i feel like, i want to know that if i only go once a week I'm still doing everything to keep a good balance.I'm far too lazy to dedicate say Monday to legs. Work, social life and my laziness will get in the way of training and I'm guaranteed to miss some days. Would mean either training days get screwed up or some body parts will go two weeks without being hit.
have you done it before? do you have a job to work around?I'm going to play around with squatting several times per day in the next few months hopefully. Sticking with current plan up to the British though, with the addition of some speed pulls.

It's great like, hell to begin with but after a few weeks you've adapted and if you miss a day you feel like superman
I've started leaving work mid-morning-ish to train and just working later on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. It's a good time to train I find.
Starting to feel stronger now after several months of just general shit training and lifestyle. I've jacked in alcohol altogether as well.
Nee need for that like....
Saves money and should be beneficial. I don't need to drink.
How much did you drink previously? I'll occasionally have a pint or 2, but don't see the appeal of getting mortal like.
I rarely get off my face these days but still really look forward to having a few quiet drinks at the weekend. its beneficial to me because i enjoy it and look forward it each weekNext to nothing during the week but would regularly get properly shitfaced on a Saturday.
There was much confusion among my friends last night when I ordered a pint of whitebait instead of a pint of bitter.

Never tried it mate. Most I've done is 4 squat sessions per week. Yeah it should be workable for me. Will e spending more time around class training facilities which is what has tempted me
You enjoy it?
