Technical author job

Someone that writes a book on a computer rather than typewriter?
 
Is there not a job description?

I'd imagine you'd need to have knowledge of what you are authoring and have a background in that industry e.g. Writing technical documents for the engineering industry or something of that ilk.
 
The worst they can do is tell you you're not qualified, just apply...

Just don't ask, what is a technical author, you will need to be a bit more subtle about it think.

Must have found my CV online and something I had done for a wee while a long time ago, well thats what the jod was advertised as but more like writing and delivering training material which I could manage
think I should still have email if you want it?
