Just noticed now many of those businesses down the park end are to let. It's like a ghost town. I can understand retail moving out of town, but lots of them were solicitor/consultancy type places. What's the reason for this then? Rent hikes?
 


That end john street/foyle street and surrounding street has been dying for a while now.

Home working possibly?

With technology advances there isn't a need to leave the house to work now, I can work equally well at home or in the office these days.
