Anyone use/recommend any?

I've started using MyFitnessPal for the iPhone to log what I'm eating and the amount of exercise im doing.

I use MyMacros+. Similar to MFP but prefer the interface

Runkeeper is canny - the free version - I dint feel the need to buy the paid version the free is good enough

sounds daft but whats on it
It tracks your course on a map and you can set it to give you audible warnings like avg speed/ pace per minute/ distance etc - you can do all kinds with it - it tells you if you beat your personal best times distance etc
its simple to use

looks decent I use the nike one which does the trick

MapMyRun for running.

MapMyRide for the bike.

Also use Zombies Run when running to to keep me entertained. Gives you a story line, and a mini game to play between runs. Basically as you run you collect things - then in the mini game you can use them to build up your base.

Every now and then you have to up your pace by 20% to escape a zombie horde that's spotted you interval training. Happens 2 or 3 times during a 30 minute 'mission'.

I use strava for running/bike/hike
MFP for diet
Pocket WOD/strength
Über sense for form/tech

MFP for dieting/tracking exercise
Runkeeper for walking
Chrome for Android to view this forum to kill time.

I use Endomondo for running, walking and bike rides. Anyone use the Adidas app with the gadget ?? Looking at options where I dont have to lug me phone round with me, thought I seen it on the Iphone ad where you can upload data to iphone ????

Love Zombies run, me. Only thing that got me running properly. Had to stop as me shin splints are back :(

I use Fitbit, which is less of an app, more of a gadget, but the app is cool and keeps me active. I can tell the days I work from home!

 You run away from zombies?

Any vitamin or mineral informationwithin his app mate ?

No mate, think it's only sodium as far as that goes. I find that these apps aren't the best for tracking micronutrients though, as the database is input from other people and often people will miss them out or just put random values
