nice that you can change stats however, when the online drops off and im left playing it one player career mode and someone like harrison or wood is just a promising youngster on teh game but has progressed to be class in real life we can boost them up.

you would progress with them anyway throughout career I really hope you cant change stats to online nothing would piss me of more hopefully a few onhere can get sorted so we can have online league makes things interesting

Its extremely addictive, ive just finished my first season with Durham as a No.5; ive scored 5 half centures at an Average of 20 in first class cricket. This is already the best cricket game ever made but after a couple of patches to give it a few little tweaks (tone down the fielders and more edges to slip) it will be fantastic.

Ordered this yesterday. Hoping it'll come tomorrow in time for the weekend. Heard its a very good game but has a few bugs. Played the cricket academy on PC and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Got my old EA Cricket 07 out last night and had a game, Still Class 7 years on.

When I was a nipper I created a cricket game using a jotter and 2 dice. Rolling at 4&5 or a 6&3 meant you were out, rolling anything else and you used a look up to determine how many runs for that over (i.e. sum total of the dice = 6, score 2 runs, etc) or if you were out, you rolled to determine the method of dismissal. If it was batsmen 8-11 batting then rolling a 2&7 also meant you were out

I f***ing played it for hours and wore out many a jotter - once selected an England side that had Glamorgna plodder Adrian Dale in it (I was captain, chief selector and leg spinning all rounder!) and he scored 630 not out v West Indies LOL

Wonder why I didn't have a girlfriend

Did another one a few years later in Excel
 
Wheres the best for trade ins these days?? gonna trade in red dead, possibly gta v, LA Noir to see if i can get it that bit cheaper.
 
just got it for 45 from grainger games better than the 50 it would have been from game but I cba to shop around more going to fire it up in an hr or so cant wait

I ordered it from Gameseek, £39.95. Went into Grainger Games Durham yesterday and they didnt have it. Would rather have paid alittle extra to get it then have to wait for the postman.

CEX shop are canny for trade ins, Traded in 15 games a couple of months ago there and got 30 quid more then i would've got at grainger games. But you can see how much you would get on there websites.

gutted, game didn't have it, have ordered from gameseek. split up with the missus specifically so i could play it all tonight anarl, what a kick in the shitter.

our for a duck every time got some wickets with my leggies I really shouldn't of gone into career mode with no practice do you have to update created players stats on normal screen I cant seem to do it in the actual career mode

Really in two minds about this game. The career mode looks amazing but there's still a few things that am not so sure about and as i said in an earlier post £45 is a bit steep. Will have to wait a few weeks if i am to get it.
