Made this a month or two back, filmed all along our glorious coastline:

David B of Field Music's side project - the album is excellent, too.

It's very clever indeed like. Hope Shakira is on the phone soon and I will come and hold your tripod

Absolutely brilliant, mate. I would love to know how you achieved that level of uniformity in the guy's appearance as you did the stop motion work - that must have taken a hell of a lot of rehearsal. I'd have loved to have seen the filming - since I can't work out how you did some elements of it. Some signs of influences from Peter Gabriel - I thought - but only influences - and therefore still incredibly creative.

Really liked the song as well, actually - though I understand that wasn't your work - but the point of your work is to get the song an audience - and I think I'm trying to say - it succeeded with that aim too!

Cheers!

How long did that take to shoot?
Shot over 4/5 nights then maybe a couple of days editing. about 5,000 stills altogether, although not all made the final cut!

Cheers! We didn't really rehearse it, just went out with a few loose ideas and locations in mind and it evolved over the few nights we were out shooting.

This is a pretty good BTS of another stop motion video to see how it's done.

Nice one! Thanks very much for that Sketchy!

A lot of detail there - I think I'll need to watch that a few times - but very interesting indeed!

Much appreciated! Cheers!
