Best Place for Supplements

I'm using MyProtein (mostly) as their quality is good and they have plenty of offers.........anyone found anywhere better?
 


I've stuck with them for a while. I used to use Optimum Nutrition but I prefer the taste of MyProtein and the price is obviously much less.

In the rare event I want anything else I ask my mate who owns a supplement shop in Sheffield to sort me out.

You won't find much better than MyProtein tbh.

That's what I thought.......I was looking at Olympus Health who seem to be a lot cheaper but don't know if anyone has had any dealings with them

Never heard of them to be honest, but I don't really take many supplemets. I'd be skeptical of any companies with loads of "Added glutamine" etc

Is glutamine bullshit? Seen loads of people talking about it recently.

Oral glutamine supplementation doesn't seem to help hypertrophy. It's sometimes used as a filler in cheap protein powder.
 
i stopped everything including protein about six months ago now, i can't say I've noticed any change except i lost a few pounds over a month or so which i presumed was from creatine.

I'm going to reintroduce things one supp at a time to see if i my lifts go up in any way.
