Thanks for this it's much appreciated, always thought the advice in general was to lean down until you are at a certain by level otherwise you get into trouble if you bulk first.
At your stats mate I'd be quite astonished if you were at a level where I'd advise against bulking (odds of you being really over fat are unlikely). Nice slow bulk, minimal fat gain, probably a bit of a recomposition effect and you'll not only get strong as fuck but notice appearing leaner is easier when you carry more mass
