Northern Ireland... Not seen owt elseAnyone get owt? I went up to Budle Bay, seen some mist and the moon!
Only place I heard of was Northern Ireland and even there it couldn't be seen by the naked eye but a faint glow picked up on the camera sensor.
You still did better than anyone else in the NE I reckonHad a trip to Souter Lighthouse group of 15 of us there, piss poor display though.
This was the "hilight" of the night for me.The faintest of green glow visible.

Paws, did you go down with Sunderland Astro SOC? I know they were at Marsden.
Its a lot less chew on. I have wasted gallons of petrol chasing the aurora in the UK and only seen one really good display. Most clear nights in Iceland you will see something.
