we over achieved for a spell when mon arrived and people think we should be in europe - booing at the end. we're a mid table side who can play well one week and shit the next. some of our supporters are f***ing crazy.

this

we've just played a team fighting relegation. It was never going to be an easy game. We didn't play spectacularly but then we really aren't fighting for much other than one or two league positions.

this result wasn't the end of the world.

Think of the positives. Good performances from a few players out there today. Namely Jack Colback, James McClean and I believe Flash too. I don't see it being his fault for the goals.

I agree. MoN's job was to keep us up. He did that easily. I want the season to end now so we can see who he's bring in because some of the shite Brucie brought in will thankfully be on their way.

Our central defenders not being first to crosses has been one of the consistently bad parts of the season.

The season cant end soon enough for me, after the cup defeat the energy seems to have gone from the team. I think our lack of genuine striker power is really showing now too - any half chances just arent close to being taken.

We just have to look at the last 10 games as a way of seeing where we need reinforcing most. The truth is that we lack real class & strength in many departments. We are probably in our true position now - - low mid-table mediocrity. We need a complete overhaul again. the real work begins now.

Oh - when you're flying over to madrid be careful you don't crash into that new new comet - the one the call "sergio ramos's ball" - rocket scientist's are still looking for it -as well as the fallen penalty shooting star called ronaldo.

Thanks for the invite though - but i'm afraid i'll have to decline.:):)

Oooh - I detect a grudge around here - have you ever been goosed in the Rambles or something?

When you're in your mecca i suggest you try the squid sandwich - sounds awful - but they say it's very good actually - however for beer - Estrella Damm is recommended - but as I say - keep your eyes peeled on the sky - for falling football debris. ;)

Even the Tapas are better..

Don't choke on your grudge graffi - what odd thing have you done 20 times? - no - better not explain.

hasta luego, capullo :)

To see Los Blancos you pleb..

Vete a la mierda de Barcelona aspirante, cuando en realidad usted vive en Girona

well this thread took an unexpected turn

Unfortunately so - some people can't leave off & even have to hi-jack posts on a S'land thread - ask Graffi why he's so bitter.

Aye graffi - you're just about as way off with your stalking as the Alpine yodeller.

Both goals condeded were poor defending

Especially the second one, a cross into the far post on the edge of the 6 yard box and no challange, its not like davies is a tall striker, quite small actually !

Exactly - diagonal chipped ball into the area - not precisely original is it?- but somehow we were unable to defend such footballing mastery - and we're left with a sick feeling in the gut.

Just hope that in the 2 remaining games we are capable of removing the sour taste the last 2 months are leaving - but with half of the side knowing they won't be there next year that might be difficult.

roll on the holidays.

MON effect definitely worn off. Very disappointing end to the season

Ahh well, what you never had you never miss that's what I say.

That's a f***ing pathetic result that like, fuck o neill being the messiah, the start he had was purely new manager effect, most clubs have it, he makes worse substitutions than Bruce and we don't seem to have any organization again, sick of this shit and I think it's sad how we buzz about the mags getting beaten when we didn't even get a result ourselves...at home....to a team in the relegation zone!

I totally agree with everything you say.
