Smoking should be banned in the UK

Like pubs would be heaving if smoking was allowed :lol:

Are these fuckers loaded or what

You mean when pubs WERE loaded before the ban the ban then?

Yes the price of the drink has taken it's toll, but if 2 people go out on the drink and 1 smokes and 1 doesn't, it doesn't half make it uncomfortable. More people out the pubs near the smoking bit than inside from my experience.

People who want to smoke should be allowed to, however it should be made plain to them that they will need their own private medical insurance if they do as their diseases as a result will not be treated on the national health service.

When buying a packet of cigarettes they should be asked to show their private medical insurance certificates. If they cant show them then they cant get their tabs.

Seems fair enough to me.

As long as fatties and drinkers have to.

Do any of the smokers, on here, realise how much they stink?

Same policy when buying a macdonalds?

It's ironic that you now have to go into airports/pubs/clubs to get some fresh air and avoid the stench ......... the pub trade was killed by cheap booze at supermarkets, 24 hour telly and lazy people.

Even people i know who are non smokers (and i would like to be one in time) admit that it's been shit since everyone buggers off outside to have a tab and chat.

When anyone buys anything alcoholic or anything that is over 5% fat then they have to provide details of private insurance.
Under what government initiative is this? I dont see the government having a war on booze and fatties. Also there is no medical link that shows that alcohol is bad for you or pies, unlike tabs where it is a proven medical fact that it is bad for you irrespective how many a day you puff on.

Drink in moderation and you will be fine, eat in moderation and you will be fine.
