well, they have put back my hospital appointment as apparently there isnt a consultant available. Which is akin to a train being late because they can't find a driver. Consultant probably has a golfing weekend planned or something. annoyingly the new date is in the middle of the week so Ill be on laxitives in work for the 2 days beforehand. I could make some tired joke about wearing brown trousers that week but it's hardly like it would disguise the fact that I'd shat myself if the worst came to the worst. I can now try and fool myself into believing it's months away when in reality it's only a couple of weeks away still.
