Just when I thought I'd escaped my malteaser obsession, I go and buy a packet at dinnertime.Friday, September 8, 2006
Had a couple of pints with my flatmate last night, we had a good natter about things, always enjoy my thrusday drink with him.  There was a lovely dog in the pub who I gave a bit fuss to, he just kept licking my hands, there might have been some faded smell of the slat and vinegar McCoys I had earlier.  Or he just liked me.
Had a lovely stroll down my road this morning, the squirrels were full of activity.  Noticed there was a shoe box with newspaper padding and holes punctured in it by the side of a tree.  Don't know what for.
On the journey in the car in front had a sticker on the back window saying 'proud mum to be on board'.  Urgh, fucking sickening.  I can't fucking stand any of the 'baby on board' stickers (and don't give me any horseshite about it being for firefighters to know where the babies are if there's a motorway pile up as that is guff) but it goes a step further to have 'proud mum to be on board' sticker in there.  In my eyes it's all just an effort to flaunt your fertility, and one would assume, idyllic home life, to other people.  'look at me, look at me'.  Further up the road there was a car that was absolutely plastered with all sorts of 'god' stickers.  you know, the usuals, jesus loves you etc.  I was a bit perplexed by the 'God WILL do it' one though.  What will he do?  And he doesn't exactly have a record for doing stuff to begin with.
This morning I have been drawing, which has been a lovely change, a client wanted a sketch of a brief they gave us before we launched into doing the full photoshopping work.  I can't wait to do it actually, will be a lovely job to do.
It certainly seems quieter on here of late, maybe I'm imagining it but it doesn't seem to be.  I've even resisted doing the odd blog of late as I don't want to keep churning out more dull drivel than people can stand.
I might be off to the south coast tonight, that will be nice.

I really enjoy reading about what people get up to. No idea why. Just nice to read that all the faceless names on the SMB lead real lives. I'm sure that could've been written a lot better, as well.

You are the most prolific blogger by some way, mind! :o)

I know what Gram is saying, this is like a whole new aspect of the SMB, people who you only read little snippets from in threads now have more space to talk - keep blogging, I'm beginning to really enjoy this!
