I did very little last night, had some more of my spanking malaysian curry then tried to finish off the straggling pages from my book. When I went to bed later on I was 6 pages from the end but I was just too tired so had to annoyingly put it down to go to sleep. But finished it off this morning. Superb read. Now back for some science stuff and a book about superstring theory and all that so expect me to be yammering on about that soon.
Saw the old japanese couple walking up my road today. I see them about all the time, out doing their exercising together. I'm never sure if he's attempting to jog or speed walk, his missus in tow behind him just walking normally but still easily keeping pace. They look a really nice couple together, he has a very jolly face. As I approached today the woman was rambling away to him in Japanese but she looked up and smiled as I came walking down at which point the fella started up his speed walking again and smiled and waved. I pushed the boat out and in looking across and smiling I chirped up with a cheery 'good morning', which they responded back to. Whenever I see them I can't help but smile.
The children are all back to school meaning the roads are fucking clogged with outrageously large tank jeeps with 1 or 2 kids in the back. There's a small single cariageway railway bridge that is a bottleneck at the best of times, but where does the mother park her fucking jeep? why of course, she double parks it on the approach to the bridge making the bottleneck even worse. But hey, she can just walk round the corner with her posh little turds so it must be ok. Beaming away as she gets out of her truck, oblivious to the traffic nightmare that is all around her due to her stupid aprking place. Just 30 yards away is a quiet road where it would be not a bother to park with no traffic complications. What a shit. Absolutely ridiculous.
