back from weymouthSunday, June 18, 2006
A lovely weekend was had by me in weymouth.  monkey World was ace, as usual.  The gibbons are my faves without a doubt, love the calling/singing they do (those expert people call it singing, not me).  Although there was a very cheeky small fat monkey, cant remember quite what variety but he was quite portly.  He was on a diet as he was severly overweight when he was rescued and brought to monkey world.  Had an ace little face and was desperately trying to get more food from the keeper, who was giving them some nice berries.
Had a nice wander round weymouth on the saturday, saw an enormous Great Dane who had his own teatowel tucked into his collar, i assume for his slaver.  He was smashing.
Had a long walk along the cliffs in the sun, with a smashing view over weymouth and portland, got a bit nervoous as it had partially fallen away so didn't stand too near the edge.  Wandered in to Sutton Poyntz for the evening and a lovely meal.  Really picturesque wee vilalge just outside of weymouth, looks like this

Sart watching the ducks for a bit, with lovely little ducklings.  most of the male ducks were just asleep on the bank, with the heads stuck in their back feathers.  The little ducklings were rushing round trying to catch little midgey things.
New medication gave me the shits, so that was rubbish.
