managed to get through the day so far without cacking mesel. It's just yellow water now so I think the remaining solids have gone, you'll be pleased to hear. I'm actually feeling quite light-headed now. Well, that's not right, it's actually the ends of my limbs that feel really tingly and distant. I'm quite a big eater normally so it's probably a shock to my poor guts system.
Anyways, I'll be off soon and no blogging for me tomorrow, just have to hope the sedatives work tomorrow now and jobs a good un. think of me at 12:30 tomorrow when I'll be taking my dignity holiday
