where's my fucking Wii delivery you cunts? (not you readers, I'm talking about the delivery company, I'm not expecting to have a Wii bought)Tuesday, October 2, 2007
Well, what can I say about peoples generosity?  I'm not sure there is anything to say that expresses just how grateful I am for all your support with my sisters sponsored swim thing.  I really wasn't expecting such a flood of responses.  I can't believe there's about 1300 quid in there, my sister is really taken aback as well, and feeling the pressure!  She's going to make sure she does plenty lengths tonight to get her on her way.  Even an old name from the past has popped up on there, toontoon.  nice message from him an arl.
I haven't been up to a great deal, I'm getting on with my exercise program and really starting to feel it hit the muscles, which is ace.  I've done my power walk through the park this morning and my thighs are feeling it.  I was lucky enough to spot a beautiful woodpecker in the trees, one of those red ones with the white spots on black on the wings.  Very nice.  Lots of squirrels chomping on nuts, stuffing their faces before winter hits proper.  I can really notice a difference in the mirror with my muscle tone, it really helps to keep me positive when I see it doing something.
Well, I'm 30 on thursday and I'll be very pleased to make that milestone.  I've been working to milestones in my head, my first milestone was always my 30th .  Well, I'm (almost) here and I'm not dead, something to celebrate as well as the 30th.  Next up, Christmas.  Then the missuses birthday and just keep rocking like that.  Little steps.  If I break the year I'll be well happy as Kings said I wouldn't make that and I want to prove them wrong because they were shit.
I'm feeling good like, looking pretty healthy, eating fucking loads (good sign), exercising well.  No matter what next weeks scan tells me I want to continue this chemo until the end of the course and then experiment as it does make me feel good and that's the most important thing.
It's going to be odd meeting a load of SMB's on Friday, I've met a fair few of them before but I'll still be terribly nervous and falling over my words like the big social gimboid I am.  I hope I don't have to leave too early for a shit, I could maybe try and blag the disabled bog if I need it, I technically am disabled, I can get the blue badge and I get disability allowance so I suppose to all intents and purposes I am disabled.  Disabled shitters are heavenly compared to normal cack blasted shitters.  Especially the handy 'cling on for dear life' bars at the side for when things get a bit intense.

I've been thinking of buying a WiiTuesday, October 2, 2007
Not for you, for me.

Sorry I can't make your birthday bash, but rest assured I'll drink some of our delicious American Lite Beer for you. (or rather a decent pint of English Ale).

I believe Rolf Harris lives in Beckenham, is that true? And according to Wiki, Enid Blyton, Duncan Goodhew and Peter Frampton are all buried there. Or did I misread that?

Talking of shitting, the apocryphal inventor of the flush toilet also lived in Beckenham, wouldn't it be poetic if Thomas Crapper really had invented it. He must have known you'd be along eventually.

It's heartening to see that once again, the SMB has rallied to raise money for a cause supported by one of our own, and I have to endorse the comments on the boards about the work hospices do - they really are dedicated to helping people.

Oh, and fuck off toontoon.
;-)

Edit: It wouldn't be a comment from me unless it were edited.
