Saw two foxes today, they were lovely.Monday, June 25, 2007
Well today has been a fairly dull day, nothing much going on, although I have a scan rearranged for tomorrow morning.  It's at the lovely private hospital so I'm sure it will be quite a pleasant experience.  Have done very little today apart from finishing a big rambling letter to the chaplain at Kings hospital who I've been meaning to write to for ages.      Next one is a letter to my consultants right hand man fella who was absolutely brilliant to me throughout my whole time in hospital, lovely fella.  Had a shop in Bromley this afternoon and treated myself to some books and DVDs.  I'm struggling to find a book to get my teeth in to, nothing is grabbing me at the minute but I got a bit of history (about Agamemnon), a bit of science (a John Barrow book about theories of everything and finally 'surely you're joking Mr. Feynman!') and a bit of Buddhism type stuff.  Got 'a new world' on DVD, it sounds similar in style to 'thin red line' (same director) so I'm looking forward to watching that.
Have found out my family are reading this blog now, which kinda feels a bit weird, I must say.  It was sort of my little hidden place but then   my dad found it and subsequently my sister.  i don't know why I find it a little strange, but I do.
Anyway, I'm feeling great, maybe this week will bring news on treatment, we'll see.     I'm off for a read.
