Hello there,
Well, the wedding all went smashing. We both looked very nice, if I do say so myself. The ceremony all went without a hitch apart from the missus losing it on the ring vows bit and struggled to get the words out through the tears. Naturally this set me off, I was just trying to hold her hand to will her on to get through it and she managed it. We had Sigur Ros' 'Milano' for the exit tune and it felt perfect. Had some nice photos in the grounds then off to the hotel. It started to tip down just as we finished so it was timed just right. Got checked in to the hotel and had a really nice room, bit of a swim and a steam then time to get ready for the meal. Liz's sister had cooked a cake as a surprise which was a nice touch for the table. Had a very nice meal then had to cut the cake which got a spontaneous round of applause from the restaurant which had me all embarrassed. Then drinks and up to bed. The bed was fucking heavenly and it all just felt topper. I now have a wife and I couldn't be happier. It was great seeing all my family together, I love them all so much, and Liz's family are all lovely (well, one of the kids was a bit annoying). My sisters wee boy was fab, he's a little sweetie like, cute wee boy and he behaved really well.
So, all was good and I feel very happy. Really happy. Don't know what else to say really. |
